Spending Christmas at this hotel was a nice experience. the food served in the restaurant was delicious and the portions were quite generous. the location of the hotel was excellent, as it is close to the main attractions in the area and within walking distance to many shops and cafes. the room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful view from our window.
The service at the hotel was not up to par, as the staff seemed to be short-handed. We had to wait a long time for our meals at the restaurant, and the check-in process was slow.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was modern. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient, as it was close to the thermal baths, castle, and Almássy mansion. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, with a wide variety of choices and generous portions. It was definitely great value for money.
Can't fault anything about it.

The location of the hotel was great! It was situated near the river which offered beautiful views. there was a restaurant on site which served delicious Hungarian cuisine.
The hotel was not up to par. The room was not clean and the staff was not very helpful.
